AI Doctor policy

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to AI Doctor. By using the service, you agree to use it as an informational research and review tool and to follow the safety boundaries below.

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Agreement and authority

You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you use AI Doctor for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

AI Doctor provides AI-assisted medical research, source retrieval, document and data organization, and draft educational or clinical-review materials. Features, models, sources, limits, and availability can change. Outputs are generated from your inputs and configured third-party services.

3. Medical safety boundary

AI Doctor does not provide medical care, establish a clinician-patient relationship, replace professional judgment, or guarantee that an answer is complete, current, or correct. It is not a diagnostic device, prescribing system, pharmacy interaction database, laboratory, or validated emergency triage service.

A qualified professional must review patient-specific conclusions, diagnoses, medication decisions, laboratory interpretation, and treatment plans. Verify important claims against the cited source, official product labeling, and current local guidance.

4. Emergencies

AI Doctor is not an emergency service and does not monitor requests in real time. Do not wait for or rely on an AI response when someone may be in immediate danger. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate emergency professional.

5. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • Do not share access in a way that defeats account or usage controls.
  • Notify support if you believe an account or access token has been compromised.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

6. Your content and privacy

You retain rights you hold in prompts, pasted text, and other content you submit. You grant the service operator and configured providers permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content. De-identify medical context and do not submit protected or regulated health information unless your organization has expressly approved the deployment and established all required agreements and safeguards.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
  • Do not present an unreviewed output as a confirmed diagnosis, treatment order, official medical record, or professional opinion.
  • Do not use the service to delay emergency care or to make autonomous high-impact decisions about another person.
  • Do not bypass rate limits, probe accounts or systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, or interfere with service operation.
  • Do not paste content that infringes rights, violates confidentiality duties, or contains direct patient identifiers without proper authorization. File uploads are disabled on this deployment.

8. Third-party services and sources

AI Doctor can use third-party models, search providers, websites, registries, authentication, databases, storage, analytics, and infrastructure. Their content and services are governed by their own terms and can be unavailable, incomplete, or changed without notice. A citation or link is not an endorsement.

9. Intellectual property

The service, branding, and original interface elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. These terms do not grant you ownership of AI Doctor or third-party materials.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, manage provider changes, or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that a particular model, source, or stored conversation will always remain available.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service operator and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be limited by these terms.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, nonpayment where applicable, or a material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Changes and applicable law

These terms may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version. Any non-waivable consumer protections and other mandatory laws in your jurisdiction continue to apply.

Questions about these terms or privacy practices can be sent to support@aidoc.chat.
