1. Scope
This notice applies to the AI Doctor website, medical research workspace, account features, pasted text, feedback tools, and related services available through aidoc.chat. A separately operated deployment may publish additional terms that control its data practices.
2. Information we process
- Account information, such as an email address and authentication records, when sign-in is enabled.
- Prompts, conversation history, generated responses, selected workflow and model settings, citations, and tool activity.
- Document text or other context you choose to paste into a conversation. File uploads are disabled because this deployment does not place medical documents in public object storage.
- Feedback and support messages you submit.
- Limited technical and security information, such as timestamps, browser or device characteristics, request identifiers, and usage or rate-limit events.
3. Medical and identifying information
AI Doctor is designed to work with de-identified information. Do not submit names, full dates of birth, medical-record numbers, contact details, exact addresses, or other direct identifiers.
Do not assume that using AI Doctor creates a clinician-patient relationship or that every deployment is approved for regulated health information. Only submit protected or regulated health information when your organization has expressly authorized the deployment and put the required agreements, access controls, retention rules, and safeguards in place.
4. How information is used
- Provide conversations, medical workflows, search, citations, and pasted-text review, plus history and account features when those optional services are enabled.
- Route requests to the model, search, database, storage, authentication, and infrastructure providers configured for the service.
- Protect the service, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, debug failures, and maintain reliability.
- Respond to feedback, support, privacy, and legal requests.
- Improve product usability and performance using configured analytics that should avoid raw medical prompt content where practicable.
5. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by vendors that provide language models, web search, hosting, authentication, databases, object storage, email, analytics, and security services. The active providers depend on deployment configuration and the model or tool you select.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or at your direction. Public medical-chat sharing is not available on this deployment.
6. Retention and deletion
Signed-in chat history, including pasted text, may be retained until deleted under the service configuration or as needed for security, legal, and backup purposes. Guest conversations may be handled differently. Model, search, database, and infrastructure providers can have their own retention rules.
You can remove chats or account content through available product controls. For access, correction, deletion, or account requests that are not available in the product, contact support@aidoc.chat. Some information may be retained where required by law or needed to protect the service.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect service information. No internet service or storage system is completely secure. De-identification, careful access control, and limiting what you submit remain important safeguards.
8. Your choices
- Use the service without direct personal or patient identifiers.
- Choose whether to paste de-identified document text or include other optional context.
- Delete available chat history when account persistence is enabled.
- Use account and browser controls for authentication, cookies, and analytics where offered.
- Contact support to exercise a privacy right available in your jurisdiction.
9. International processing and children
Depending on the configured providers, information may be processed in countries other than your own. AI Doctor is not directed to children, and minors should not use the service without authorization and appropriate adult or professional supervision.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated in the product where appropriate.
